Sarah, me and the kids stayed at the Top10 in Coromandel last night and went out fishing today. Lovely day, good test for getting boat in and out on the ramp…
Livvy caught the biggest and Jackson/Sarah both had a blast casting lures to Kahawhai and catching them. We bought home a few fish, but mostly it was great just hanging out with the family.
We got rid of the fishy smell by taking a dip at the Miranda Hot Pools on the way home. Looking forward to snapper sandwiches tomorrow!

What a weekend! Jack had a two day birthday party as it also a bit of a going away thing… Good fun with the kids. i-Devices, Laser Strike, Nerf Gun wars, sleepover and a couple of movies and we rented the gym so all the mates and trampolining buddies could play hard out… Even Sarah and I hit the trampolines!
On the way home we had an extreme hailstorm that made it pretty dangerous on the road. Overall it was a packed few days for the kids!
We’ll have to have the mates up to stay for holidays… Anyway, my boy is getting big, super proud of him and can’t wait to see what sort of a man he becomes (but would prefer he stayed small) 😉
I managed to get both the kids roped into dishing out the lollies on the plane. Proud of Jack for doing it and Livvy was a natural. Good times!
We had a free day today so visited Gran and Poppa, then took the kids to Jump to play on the trampolines. Later on, it was a nice family dinner.
Nice to see Jack gardening with Grandad… Planting beans 😉

We had Vishal and Gopika down for a holiday, so took them for a nice walk to the Devils Punchbowl in Arthurs Pass. Decent walk, good fun, great company!
